About ten years ago fear and worry started overtaking me and stopping me from doing things I wanted to do. This started my journey of rediscovering and recommitting to myself and re-framing what I had thought about fear, uncertainty and risk.
I’ve run workshops and stood on stage, traveled solo, gone to events by myself, asked people out in grocery store aisles and faced a lot of my own self-created agony. I share my top lessons from learning Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and how it’s helped me to take my power back to living a creative, fulfilled life.
